How do I place an order?

Yes. We offer free UK delivery on all orders.
How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment, we primarily ship within the UK.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy.

If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
How do I request a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

This usually takes 5–7 business days.

Yes. All EliteStep treadmills are designed for home use and feature quiet motors, making them suitable for apartments and shared spaces.
Can I run on all models?

No.

  • EliteStep Walk is designed for walking only
  • EliteStep Run and Foldable Smart Treadmill support jogging and running (up to 12 km/h)
Do the treadmills require assembly?

Most models require minimal setup and are ready to use within minutes.

Smart Features
Do EliteStep treadmills connect to an app?

Yes. Selected models offer Bluetooth app connectivity to track speed, distance, time and calories.
Do they monitor heart rate?

Some models include integrated heart rate pulse sensors.
